Zach Parker is the President and Chief Executive Officer of DLH Corporation, a leading provider of digital transformation and cyber security, science research and development, and systems engineering and integration solutions to federal agencies. Recognized as a turnaround and growth leader, Mr. Parker has created value throughout his career by building high-powered leaders and workforces for public and privately held government contractors covering the full range of services, solutions, and products. Since joining DLH in 2010, Mr. Parker has delivered consistent organic growth and has spearheaded strategic acquisitions, expanding DLH’s portfolio.

Zach is a frequent speaker and panelist for national professional associations, community organizations, non-profits, Wall Street investors, mentees and leadership forums. He currently serves as Chair of the Executive Board for the Professional Services Council (PSC) – the government technology and professional services industry’s leading trade association. Prior to joining DLH, Mr. Parker held leadership roles within Northrop Grumman Corporation and GE Government Services (now part of Leidos), as well as smaller mid-tier companies. 

Having been born in the barrio of East Los Angeles, and raised in the infamous neighborhood of “South Central L.A,” his rise to leadership on both Main Street and Wall Street is a testament and compelling story. As a spiritually-rich servant leader, he has directed and contributed to several missions and ministries for the underserved along his journey. His commitment and philanthropic spirit carries over to his professional life, having established the DLH Cares corporate philanthropy and community outreach program for his company. In a personal capacity, Zach has been active in Life Connection Ministries, Leadership Atlanta, Veterans Empowerment Organization, Street Reach Ministry, and a member and mentor of 100 Black Men of America.

Mr. Parker earned his bachelor’s degree, with honors, in Behavioral Sciences from California State University Northridge in 1979, specializing in Human Factors Engineering with a minor in Statistics and has completed postgraduate studies. Mr. Parker is also a certified reliability engineer. He is a graduate of the GE Crotonville Executive Development Program, Wharton Executive Development on Financial Management, and the Darden Business School of Earned Value Management. 

Zach and his wife, Jackie, reside in Atlanta, Georgia, and have six adult children.
