My name is Erica Ayala, and I bring 23 years of banking experience to my role, which has included working as a Community Manager with JP Morgan Chase. I am also a proud mother of three young girls. I come from a family of six siblings, and we are proud to be the first generation born to immigrant parents. Like many in Oxnard, California, our parents worked as farm laborers before achieving citizenship and they were lucky to obtain corporate jobs. My late mother, who became a single parent at a young age, passed on many valuable lessons to me. The most important of these was to stay aware of the world around me and seek ways to make a positive impact. 

My commitment is having my mothers’ words live within my work and how I serve my communities. To build trust and provide people with the right tools and resources to empower families.
